My Approach to Supervision

I am deeply passionate about Emotionally Focused Therapy and find profound fulfillment in mentoring therapists as they develop into confident, empathic EFT practitioners. The supervisor-supervisee relationship is one built on trust, care, and safety—these are not just ideals, but the foundation of how I approach every supervision session.

My role as your supervisor is to create a supportive space where you can explore, question, grow, and refine your therapeutic skills. I believe that the best learning happens when therapists feel secure enough to be vulnerable about their challenges and celebrated in their successes.
