Psychotherapy Fees and Policies

All individual and couples sessions are 50 minutes at $160. For any questions about rates, please inquire during a consultation. Special Packages rates are listed below.

At this time, I am private pay only and do not accept insurance. Payment is due at the time of service and can be paid via cash, check, or credit card.

Cancellation and No-Show Policy

After our initial meeting, we will schedule a weekly session that is reserved just for you. Every effort will be made to reschedule appointments when enough notice is given, however less than 24 hours notice will incur a full charge for the cancelled or missed session.

Confidentiality

The content of all therapy sessions are considered to be confidential. All information a client shares will not be disclosed to another party without the written consent of the client. Noted exceptions are when there is suspected abuse, or when an individual threatens serious harm to self or others.

This 4-6 session program is designed to help couples or individuals prepare for the the challenges of everyday parenthood.

Nine-month counseling support for new mothers

You’ve had 9 months to prepare for the new life of your child. But what will life be like for you?

Like your baby, you will find yourself changing constantly as well. Self care is essential to feeling calm and confident during such a major life changes.

Learn the skills to:

Find life balance
Maintain health for yourself and baby
Improve relationships
Learn clinically proven ways to effectively address life’s obstacles

This package includes monthly sessions designed to support you as you move through the first 9 months of parenthood.

Fee
$990 for 9 monthly sessions
For your convenience, the first session can be scheduled either in your home or at my office.
